The intent of my bodywork sessions has always been to make orgasms multiple.  It all began with the Tantra which teaches there are three levels of orgasm that a man can hope to achieve in a lifetime. 

The first level is ejaculation.  This is what men do on their own.  The ejaculation for most men is the orgasm. 

The next level requires denial of the ejaculation to promote stronger orgasms.   The Traditional form works with other rigorous extremes with breath control, yogic posturing and sexual acupressure. 

It took years of study, teaching, touching and being touched as the Hands On Touch orgasmic bodyplay evolved.  My clients demanded the edited version something suited to 21st Century lifestyles.

My version encourages ejaculations along with a blend of traditional and modern styles.

No longer just a massage, each session is body play with three central themes:

Massage

Trained and certified in several massage styles: Swedish, Esalen, Rebirthing, Acupressure and more.

All sessions begin with some Foot Reflexology. 

I like to relax the client and from there the length of session, condition of your aches and your needs will vary the methods used.

Reiki ~ Tantra
Energy

Reiki Energy is a soothing form of touch.  Reiki Energy Work allows my hands to warm up while flowing heated sensations throughout your body.   This is more of an esoteric healing as Reiki is never coerced.  You accept what you want from the experience of this type of touch.

Tantra Energy is a more dynamic version of Reiki.   I also blend in breath, mutual body contact, and sensual visualization to move the energy (that is your orgasm).

I begin to work with your form of (ejaculation) orgasm foreplay and release.  With breath, lock, and edge we play with orgasm potentials.  The intent is to play with the energy of the orgasm moving it from ejaculation into pure energy.

After you experience a full-bodied orgasm you realize words cannot explain the effect.  As this energy was taught to me, let me demonstrate.

Stress Release Self-Massage Quickies

Many visitors to website are not near San Francisco yet would still enjoy the benefits of stress release while improving their sexual performance.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MUDRA
 

Mudras are finger techniques.  Think of them as massage you give to yourself.  Remember that stress  may inhibit male sexual performance my work encourages to increase.

This is from my Jin Shin Jysutsu acupressure training.  Just grip each finger for a few minutes. 

Often in sessions I will use Jin Shin Jyutsu to ease stress to the emotions as well as the physical, sexual, and spiritual.  It all flows to promoting orgasms.

In Jin Shin Jyutsu each finger has a different emotional trigger.  The thumb is "Worry".   Look at the above illustration for finger placement.  Wrap the right hand's fingers around your left thumb.  Press slightly but dont grip hard.  Jin Shin is all about feeling the energy when you touch.   

For now just hold the thumb for a few minutes.  Then switch and hold the right thumb with your left hand.

Breath work of any kind quickens the relaxation.

Hold each finger for a few minutes.  Often when stressed out we cant really identify which emotion is stirring up the angst.  Here are al the finger placements:

THUMB = worry
FIRST FINGER = fear
MIDDLE FINGER = anger
RING FINGER = grief
LITTLE FINGER = pretense (when ego gets in the way)

A QUICK JIN SHIN JYUTSU TIP
if you suffer from inner ear blockages when riding on high building elevators or on plane rides, try holding the ring finger of each hand for a few minutes.  This finger gripping will unblock the ears faster than yawning.

Remember to ask me about the Mudra to release 'old' pain caused by twisted relationships of family, lovers, and otherwise.

CONSCIOUS BREATHING

Conscious Breathing is simply breathing with awareness. To actually slow, stop, accelerate, or otherwise change the pattern of the breathing we take for granted.

Breathing to most humans is something we rarely ever think about. It has always been there as part of our lives since the moment of birth, as has the beating of our hearts, or the blood coursing through our veins.

We don't give it much thought.  We inhale and then exhale.

But it can be so much more powerful.  Breathing is actually a swap between you and the universe, a grand cosmic (in other words orgasmic) exchange of taking-in and releasing.

You can relieve stress, reduce anxiety, clear the mind and recharge your energy.

You can fuel multiple orgasms, edge shape build orgasmic energy flow, slow down the ageing process and change your sex life forever.

 


 

Easy Intro to Conscious Breathing

Be aware of your breathing as you inhale & exhale.  Its something we all have in common, have been doing it all our lives, yet rarely do we stop and enjoy the sensations.

Just keep it simple; enjoy the moment and become still with the breath.  This means just follow along with how you are breathing at this moment. 

Notice how it feels to intake a breath of air.  Notice how it feels to exhale. 

Then try this =  Breathe in deeply and on the exhale
Open your jaw wide and let out a loud audible sigh.

    Be aware of how this feels.   Repeat as often

Then take another deep breath and really get into it.  Open that mouth as wide as it can go and take in as much air as possible.  This will mean your belly will swell and get very fat looking.  Most often everyone pulls their bellies in to looks slim.  Release that notion and let the belly swell with the air you sucked into your lungs.

Then let out a loud sigh as you release the air.  Make it a loud sound that takes a long time as you slowly feel your swollen belly retract naturally.  The louder the sigh, the deeper the side effects.

The air releasing in a sigh allows the diaphragm, shoulders, neck and upper body to release tensions naturally.

    Be aware of how good this feels and repeat as often as needed.

Caution:
This type of breathing often induces yawning.  Side effects may include
a clarity of the mind and deep relaxation leading to a relaxing sleep.

 

The Tantra masters believed that multiple orgasms could only flow while the man was relaxed, worry and stress free.

 

Balinese Breathing

In the 1990's I made several trips to Asia seeking exotic healing methods.   But in was a block from my house that I met a man who said he was a shaman from Bali. He introduced me to a very simple way of breathing consciously and I would like to share that method with you.

To be performed twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.

This type of Conscious Breathing will slowly begin to transform you in many different ways.  This is one type of breathing used in the Tantra orgasmic sessions.

to feel more centered/grounded

To begin, Inhale deeply

Then exhale, releasing the entire breath while you slowly count to 10

          Hold the breath out while you count to 5

Inhale through the nose only to the count of 10, start with the base of the lungs and work your way up to the throat as you inhale. Visualize light filling you. aligning the chakras with the body in harmony and balance.

          Hold breath in for a count of 5

Exhale through the nose only to the count of 10, starting with the upper part of the lungs first then slowly release air from the lower part of lungs into the abdomen.

Imagine dirt coming out of you as all the poisons in your body are being released

          Hold on the exhale for a count of 5

Inhale and continue with the above pattern until you have done 10 complete breaths.

To be performed twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.

 

 

TANTRA BODY

FREE Stuff shared for those who want something to do while waiting for your first session

Looking for ways to increase your sexual performance?

These are Traditional Tantra exercises used in my sessions.  It is highly recommended you play with these on your own to improve your sex life.

 

TONGUE ACTION
Work with the tongue as it transmits Tantric energy. 

The first practice is to move the tip of your tongue to the upper palate, finding a place on the upper mouth where your tongue feels most secure.  For most people it is the center, (for me I like it more to the left), or perhaps behind the teeth or curled to the back of the throat.  Find this place and while having sex, and especially for the climax, place the tongue here. 

This simple technique over time will greatly increase your orgasmic power!  When I teach Tantra, I instruct that the only time during sex you don't have the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth is when your tongue is in someone else's mouth!

 The tongue balances the energy exchange from one person to the next or while solo within your own sexual body centering the Kundalini.

 

CUM AWARENESS

When you have ejaculatory sex, notice which muscles are involved when you cum.  Most men during orgasms lose track of everything as the few seconds spent in ejaculation sort of blanks out all other details. 

Usual ejaculatory orgasms rob the body of nutrients as it sends everything it's got for that one shot sperm package supposedly being delivered as you climax.  Then the body hurries up replenishing the liquid nutrient package.  Cause the body know you are a man and you might want to try and cum again. 

If you are with a partner then notice how he cums as well.  

Be aware of lovemaking sex, solo jackoffs, or however the cum flows for you.  The more awareness, the more the pleasures of even ejaculatory sex intensifies with Tantra.

 

 

MUSCLE BUILDING

Two Tantra daily exercise for increasing sexual performance. 

PHALLUS
Next time you urinate, stop the flow of piss and notice which muscles function in stopping the flow.

With practice and over time, you will notice that not only is the penis shaft involved, but so is the entire lower region including the anus involved in the flow of urine.

Your task is to identify the particular muscles that are involved in bladder control. 

For those who master this technique and wish to improve on its power, you may also want to raise up on your tip toes while urinating and then clench/release the muscles to stop or flow the urine.

These muscles also assist in the body's ability to ejaculate.  To withhold as well as to expel.  The stronger these muscles develop means more ability to withhold ejaculation, controlling the orgasmic bliss. 

Your first task is to keep it simple.  Just become aware of these functions.

CAUTION:
Dont overdo it on the clenching/releasing.  For this exercise, spend time sensing the muscles.  Then do it at least once every time you piss.  

Keep it simple

 

ANAL
Next time you fart or have a bowel movement, notice which particular muscles are involved in this process. Most of these muscles are located in the anus area, but sometimes the abdomen or genital area will also be involved.

Become very aware of body functions and what parts of the body and even which muscles are involved in those functions.  Having the awareness is as important as gaining control over the functions.

 

Want to try something anal right now?
Put your mind on your anal sphincter.  That is the Portal leading inside your ass.  The anal sphincter is muscles good for keeping things in until you are ready to shit them out...or...for holding things back like water when you sit in the bath tub?

Tantra has many secrets about this location, the anal sphincter.  Legends speak of the "Million Yen Location" said to cost that much as it located a man's sexual center.

In my sessions I often demonstrate the five Portals of Pleasure adapted from the Tantra.  These portals once awakened often produce a man's first multiple orgasm.

For you right now at any time of the day or night, bring your attention to your anal sphincter.   Do some Conscious Breathing inhaling from the mouth as you slowly clench the anal sphincter.  Do not tighten or stress yourself out.

On the exhale feel the anal sphincter releasing of all stress.

CAUTION:
Dont overdo it on the clenching/releasing.  For this exercise, spend time sensing the muscles.   Vary the clenching and length on inhale as to which muscles are involved. 

On the exhale notice how consciously being able to release the anal muscles assists in other anal functions.

Side effect makes for some kick ass sodomy.  Oh it also soothes hemorrhoids

Keep it simple

5 clench / release per day ONLY   Do this for the first 3 months. 

Increase rate only at YOUR OWN RISK.  Don't be a 'weekend warrior'.  Remember these muscles may not have been worked for a long time.  Over exercise might hurt!  Keep it Simple.
